How is your pricing determined?

Pricing for visits is based on other area dietitian rates, while keeping affordability in mind. If you have questions about pricing, please feel free to contact me so we can work out a plan.

 

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. Coverage for dietitian visits, whether in a hospital or an outpatient care setting is minimal. If you believe your insurance may cover our visit, I am happy to provide a Superbill. A Superbill is a detailed outline of our visit, including Medical Nutrition Therapy codes that can be turned into insurance for potential coverage.

 

How do I schedule an appointment?

What do the appointments consist of?

Each appointment consists of a full health history evaluation, diet analysis, anthropometric screening, medical nutrition therapy, counseling, relevant handouts, trackers, and options for future follow-ups and monitoring. Initial consults are 45-60 minutes. Follow-up times vary by preference.

 

What follow-up options do you offer?

Accountability is important for long-term changes. I have a variety of options to fit your personal needs and preferences. Prices vary, please contact me to discuss.

 

What is your HIPAA policy?

Privacy is my number one priority for you and your healthcare. All locations, phone lines, and medical records are HIPAA secured and all procedures for privacy are followed. A HIPAA form will be provided prior to your initial consult. Please contact me for more information.
